In collaboration with Create Denver Week (put on by Denver’s Office of Cultural Affairs), the DenverHandmade Alliance is sponsoring the Second Annual Crafty Ballyhoo, a craft market for local vendors of fantastic handmade goods and an interactive day of crafty fun.The Crafty Ballyhoo will be held Sunday May 15th from 11am-6pm, location TBD, in the Central Denver area.
This year we are adding an Up & Coming Vendors Showcase to the event. Five to ten new vendors will be showcased at this event and have the opportunity to participate in a mentorship program leading up to the Crafty Ballyhoo. Seasoned vendors will have the opportunity to share their knowledge with this crew of newcomers. This is a great opportunity for those who have never done a craft show before or have minimal experience in markets as well as for those who would like to share some knowledge and experience with fellow crafters.

Am i too late to apply as an UP and Coming crafter? I make fiber/fabric baskets or bowls. I just found out about this today from the tactile art center e-mailing and I would really love to participate!
